Where are you based?
Our team is predominately located in New Zealand across 3 different cities. We also have members in Australia, America and Netherlands.
How does your pricing work?
Our branding and website projects require a 50% deposit to start and remaining on competition. Paid advertising requires a minimum 3-month contract. Please note you must be willing to spend a minimum of $3,000nzd to get started in our services.
How do you communicate to your clients?
During the onboarding phase, you will be set up with a Slack channel which will give you direct access to your own dedicated account manager and key members of staff in your project. Your account manager will also liaise with you over phone, email and video calls to showcase key project milestones.
Are there any commitments to your strategy calls?
There are no obligations to sign up for our services, however we do only ask to speak with serious business owners or marketing managers who are in need of partnering with an agency.
